Job description

Mission description

• Examines and evaluates current systems, identifies requirements, and initiates modifications and expansions.
• Promptly responds to End-User's issues, proactively finds solutions, and delivers smoothly.
• Provide training and user manuals to users and whenever necessary.
• Identify and define regular technical problems by consulting with stakeholders.
• Evaluate procedures and processes to reduce gaps and improve the smooth running of business operations.
• Collaborate with service providers and vendors to resolve problems relating to routine networks and effect appropriate solutions.
• Perform Periodic Backup and Disaster Recovery Testing in line with the company's Business Continuity Plan.
• Provide End-User support to the entire Middle East region.
• Maintaining Networks and coordinating with telecom service providers.
• Ensure Patching of all assets according to the security advisory released by OEM Vendors.
• Co-ordinate with Network and Security Team and implement Projects.
• Perform Regular Security Audits of IT Infrastructure and Implement a comprehensive plan to secure the IT infrastructure.
• Participate in all project meetings, provide visibility, and ensure the project completion within the specified deadlines and budget.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 security standards to protect the company information and resources.
• Perform network security duties such as managing host security and configuring firewalls.
• Document any security breaches and assess their damage.

Education & Certification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Certification: A+ and N+
• Certification: ITIL V3 Foundation
• Certification: MCSE, CCNA, CCNP.
• Certification: VMware Certified Professional
• Certification: Azure & AWS
• Certification: CompTIA Security+
• Certification: (ISC2) SSCP – Systems Security Certified Practitioner
• Certification: ISO/IEC 27001:2022

Skills:

• Solid knowledge of various information security frameworks.
• An interest in technology and the ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals, including operating systems, server management, networking principles, and software/applications.

Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networks, and Security.
• Working with End User Applications such as O365 Suite, windows & Linux OS
• Managing with Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS, NPS, WSUS, and SCCM.
• Managing Office 365 Online Exchange.
• Managing Virtualization Technologies such as Vmware vSphere & Hyper-V.
• Managing Citrix CVAD Infrastructure.
• Managing Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam One, and DR Orchestrator.
• Working with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Managing Wired Network devices such as Cisco-managed switches
• Managing Wireless Network devices such as Aruba Controllers and Instant APs
• Working with Service Now ITSM.
