Mission description
Animate contract management and performance reviews as per Contract's Governance
• Analyze, study and fully acknowledge the Tender's offer and Contractual documentation are in line and fully followed as during the Implementation phase (Main Lead in contract, Process, SOP, Operating Guide, Communication Matrix, Escalation Channel, KPI, SLA set up.).
• Ensure Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction are delivered
• Weekly contribute to Continuous Improvement Customer Review
• Manage Monthly Internal Operational Customer Review
• Manage Quarterly Customer Business Review with the various groups within the customer
• Manage Customer Quarterly Global Business Review with the support of the Head Aerospace ASPAC and Americas
• Animate and support Control Tower in ASPAC and Americas
In liaise with local teams and CBS, if applicable
• Ensure customer has visibility of all regional flows via Bolloré
LINK and EDI
• Ensure accurate reporting and KPI's are delivered in due time
• Setup and follow-up Design & Re-Engineering projects, if applicable
• Setup and follow-up Continuous Improvement Plans
In liaise with ILS and/or Global Account Team
• Ensure Data Quality in Reports & KPI's
• Fully align on projects/improvements and other Global Initiatives
Others
• Facilitate and support smooth contact and connection between customer and Bolloré network
• Support in case of service failures or escalations
• Crisis Management
• Assist in finding new/alternative solutions
• Issue quotations or indicative pricing for new projects/client flows/lanes
• Project Lead/Implementation of new flows/projects
• Monitor and review centralized billing to KLM E&M from ASPAC, USA and UK
• Coordinate and support in case of billing disputes
• Identify the potential risks (legal, commercial, financial, operational, etc.) and propose measures to protect Bolloré's interests, while considering the Customer's requirements.
• Identify potential improvements & opportunities in order to secure costs and increase sales.
• Setup and Follow-up corresponding risks, improvement & opportunities projects.
• Ensure that the documentation is maintained and centralized, and that processes are known and applied within the organization.
• Report all commercial and operational issues to the Head of Aerospace Americas and ASPAC
• Make it happen! Ensure customer is convinced and satisfied about Bolloré
QHSE
• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
