Description de la mission

Main activities:

• Complete handling of import files;
• Timely and correct booking of transport with subcontractors;
• Processing data in Bolloré's own developed software system, such as uploading
customer data;
• Checking that all documents have been prepared and processed correctly;
• Preparation and verification of financial documents;
• Administrative processing of shipments for transfer to customs department;
• Early detection of potential problems;
• Resolving any disputes that may arise during the execution of the assignment, in
consultation with the immediate supervisor;
• Contact with customers, carriers, and airlines.

 

Profil

Education and skills :

• MBO working and thinking level;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Forwarder;
• Good knowledge of MS-office;
• Can work well independently but you are also a team player;
• Has good communication skills and can keep a cool head even under stressful situations;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing;
• Customer- and service-oriented attitude;
• Accurate and solution-oriented.
