Description de la mission
Missions:
• Project Implementation: Accountable for the design, implementation, and support of Process & WMS solutions and change requests
• Support daily operations with support requests around WMS/systems and process challenges
• Change Management – Lead meetings and manage expectations by communicating regularly with internal and external stakeholders
• Reports Development – Gather requirements & develop automated reports from WMS & WCS database
• Be Super-user and train operation team members on Manhattan and other WMS capabilities to enhance system support skills for the team
• Work on having efficient BCP for system outage scenarios and work with operations team to ensure they are trained to execute them in crisis.
Profil
A Master degree un Engineering or Transport Systems.
Data crunching experience, SQL, Tableau or Power BI.
A first experience in the transport/logistics or transport is a plus.
A WMS tool such as Manhattant is a plus.
